ARIES 21st March – 20th April
Fiery action energy surrounded by a whirl of cardinal expression.
The Ram uses its head to burst through any barrier. A deep,
passionate red aura can be seen around them. This is the intent
of the first house on the natural wheel all the while being
ruled by warring and inflammatory Mars: beauty in action.
Aries is the very first burst of ego expression and comes
into the world to bravely and with insightful knowledge to
lead the way. They are born to lead and are often born knowing
they need to fulfil a strong karmic path and purpose, which
sends them running at an early age. They are often charming,
aggressive and arrogant and full of bravado which actually
covers up a tremendous insecurity. This insecurity comes from
leading the way and not knowing where they are really going.
Once they arrive, however, they are able to meet any challenge
especially if there is any vested romantic involvement. Romantic
and poetic and incredibly sensitive, usually Aries will find
themselves in an early marriage; after all, they need a partner
to help them slay a big scary dragon. Male Aries are very
typically masculine and the women are equally as strong and
determined. This determination and boundless energy can be
channelled through physical activity which also helps to slow
down their restless nature. Aries signals the passage of winter

TAURUS 21st April – 21st May
Feminine, sensual and filled with earthy practicality, ruling
the neck and throat utilizing verbal tone and sheer strength
of will, Taurus The Bull gracefully leads us to what we will
have and the 2nd house is an investment in traditional foundations
and beliefs and how to acquire them. Calming blue and green
tones surround their auras as they are lead through life by
their ruling planet Venus, the planet of love, sex and chocolate.
Taurus is what grounds us and centres us so we can use the
Aries explorations and put them to practical use. People born
under the sign of Taurus wish to acquire knowledge and promote
a stable healthy and successful environment. Taurus is a natural
sensual lover, pleasure-seeking and indulgent, and usually
hard to stir let alone to anger, Taureans are sure-footed
and patient sometimes to a fault, abundantly lucky and practical.

GEMINI 22nd May – 21st June
What you see is never what you get with these masculine,
mutable, air-driven twins that create a stir everywhere they
go. Mercury plays a heavy influence, ruling their hands, arms
and shoulders. The light green steely blue glow of their auras,
attract crackling inspiration, and then it's gone. They do,
however, have a tongue for telling tales and enjoy heightened
stirring conversations, which is the gift of the 3rd house
and the neighbourhood. Gemini is neither male or female in
their outward attitude, they are simply interested in expression
and finding out information on any level. They will actually
mimic their surroundings and this is how they assimilate into
many different groups, where they can then retrieve important
information. This is also where the gift of communication
is apparent in their language skills and ability to talk on
any subject. Always asking questions and madly moving around
the neighbourhood before boredom sets in, always somewhere
to go and someone to see, that's a Gemini. A movement toward
learning inspires a quick thinking response and a critical

which allows them to inquire about what is truly important

CANCER 22nd June – 21st July
Cancer creatively brings ideas and energy while developing
and achieving freedom. With that freedom, comes the need for
seclusion and that seclusion helps us to focus on which task
at hand is most important and how we can build it into a spectacular
creation. The ultra psychic and receptive feminine cardinal
sign changes moods as quickly as their ruling luminary, the
moon moves through signs. Maternal energy and an array of
temperamental disturbances makes ruling the 4th house in a
natural astrological chart, a family experience. The stomach
and breasts are ruled by Cancer, the stomach with its strength
and the breasts with their nourishment. All the Cancers share
a brilliant orange auric cast, which permeates their tough
shell. Cancer is often touted as the family sign. I would

LEO 22nd July – 23rd August
Masculine and infused with flamboyant fire, Leo moves with
a tremendous faith universally. The foundation of the back
spine and heart are theirs by nature. Ruling the 5th house
in a natural astrological chart, and all things childlike
and creatively shiny, ruled by the Sun, they can't help but
sparkle with an industrious glowing golden ball of energy
and the Lion always walks with loyalty and courage. Artistic
vision and creative expression are primary functions of Leo.
Their ruling planet is the Sun, the blinding light that is
the source of all things that grow. Without sun we live in
the dark. Leo is born to create independently and away from
the emotional ideology of the father, Leo's most challenging

VIRGO 24th August – 23rd September
Soft-spoken, feminine and slightly repressed; mutable, earthy,
analytical and discerning, Virgo's ruling planet Mercury forces
perfected thought and in turn their ruler-ship of the 6th
house is downright hard work and selfless service. The intestines
and nervous system are wired for sound and service. Look for
the halo of angelic proportions framing their innocent little
curled lips. The harvesting nature of Virgo is complementary
to the perverse nature which hides beneath the surface. Virgo,
is The Virgin. Interesting that the oldest profession in the
world would fall under this sign! Virgo has a remarkable ability
to detach and justify their exact needs for monetary gain.
At the same time, this complex sign has a tremendous need
to be divinely connected in order of Universal Perfection.
Virgo will train and practice and continue to hone a particular
skill until they have achieved Earthly perfection. All truly
gifted athletes and people who have developed a tremendous
strength in one particular area are experiencing the Virgo

A masculine cardinal air sign with an edge and the appearance
of calmness, this Venus-ruled, harmonizing legal scales often

between the lower back and kidneys, and this is Libra's strength.

SAGITTARIUS 23rd November – 22nd December
Freedom and fire, masculine intelligence. Sagittarius' ruling
planet, Jupiter, forces expansive growth, learning and higher

shoots for the sky in search of ideals. This blazing blue
and yellow auric zeal can be seen around them. They take seriously

the 9th house where the Centaur is naturally at home. Sagittarius

Climbing to particular goals in life is why they rule the
knees bones and joints. Earthy, feminine and cardinal, they
strive for success at all costs. Look for a deep and penetrating
blue aura to encompass their walk. Father time is ingrained
in their spirit. The "Old Sea Goat's" ruling planet
Saturn waits for no man and we all have karma to contend with.
Capricorn rules the 10th house and is the point of pivotal
explosive breakthroughs. The Goat is the cranky, grumpy, pragmatic

AQUARIUS 21st January – 18th February
Uranus-ruled and circulating connections from the shins to
the ankles, Aquarius, the water bearer and seeker of truth
is masculine fixed air with an opinion on everything especially
the plight of the masses. All the shades of a purple aura
swirl around this bunch as they seek divine inspiration. The
11th house, their natural spot, is always opening up the doors
on the unknown: by this I mean the invention of the intellectual
explorer. Aquarius is noted for its fierce freedom-seeking
and inventive originality and yes its childish, self-centred
thinking. These UFO seekers absolutely love the idea of the
unknown and thrive on exploration of all other worlds. They
believe in all that advanced science has to offer and at the
same time enjoy the beauty of nature's gifts. It was Aquarius
that brought the hippie movement into being. They believe
in vegetarianism and astrology. With their ruling planet being
Uranus, astrology is a natural curiosity and bending the boundaries

PISCES 19th February – 20th March
Feminine, mutable, elusive and confused, water- and Neptune-ruled
and running through the lymph system and feet, seeking and
searching, flowing form here to there. These two fish are
seeking a lifetime entanglement of feeling. Hidden and obsolete
like their natural 12th house position, Pisces explores the
conscious worlds that exist between here and there. From the
outer reaching inventions of space time and thinking we then
slip into the nebulous and spiritually-seeking moods of Pisces.
This Pisces group, most martyred of signs, has their heads
in the clouds and their feet in the water--better, or course,
than the other way around. Pisces is moody, sneaky, tricky
and manipulative, although not overtly, they can sweet - talk
you into anything, because they act as though they can't fend
for themselves. Creative and visionary and absolutely wired
to the other side, a strong Pisces influence most certainly
