All services offered by i4c Psychic Readings Limited are for
entertainment purposes only and we do not guarantee the accuracy
of a reading or other service. Readings and other services
are provided for entertainment purposes. They should not be
considered a substitute for professional advice upon which
decisions are made nor relied on as fact. We reserve
the right to terminate any service should we consider a caller
to be vulnerable or at risk and direct them to a recognized
help organization. You must be over 18 years of age
to use our services. All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader
services are recorded and this is a requirement of Phonepay
Plus in the UK and Regtel in the Republic of Ireland. Calls
to our credit card booking line and customer lines are also
recorded for security purposes.
Whilst i4c (Psychic Readings) Limited believes all readers
to be the best available, they are self - employed, sub contracted
Readers and as such i4c (Psychic Readings) Limited has no
control over the content of any readings and therefore cannot
accept any responsibility as to the accuracy of content, given,
expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content
for any purpose. i4c (Psychic Readings) Limited will not be
liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever
nature which may result from content given in any reading.
Premium Rate Telephone Services
To use these services you must either be the bill payer or
have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.
Calls to our live service from with the UK cost £1.53
p per minute from a BT line. Call costs from other service
providers or from a mobile phone may be higher.
Calls to our live service from the Republic of Ireland cost
e2.40 per minute from an Eircom line. Call costs via other
service providers or mobiles may be higher.
Credit Card Services
To use our credit car service you must either be the cardholder
or the cardholder must be present and available to talk to
our operator when the booking is made
With the exception of clients booking from the USA we charge
£38 for the first 20 minutes and then £1.90p per
minute there after. All charges are inclusive of value added
tax. The first 20 minutes (£38) is prepaid and two separate
transactions will show on a client’s credit card statement
should a reading exceed 20 minutes, one for the first 20 minutes
and the second for additional minutes. These are shown as
“i4c Psychic Readings” on a statement. At
our discretion, regular callers with an excellent record of
payment may be charged the total minutes after a reading has
ended with no pre payment taken (one transaction shown on
statement).
Text Services
Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on
a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators
normal text charge to send a text and is charged at a Premium
Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being
used outside the UK on a “roaming basis” addition
costs to the operator’s standard text charge and the
premium rate charges shown below may apply.
These services are only available on the following UK networks:-
Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3 and 02. Orange users are limited
to a maximum of £30 spend on text messages per shortcode
per calendar day.
The charge for our Live Psychic Service is £1.50 (may
take more than one reply) per message received. Tarot
service £3 for 3 cards.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about any of our services you should
make your complaint in writing and send it, with any evidence,
to: i4c (Psychic Readings) Limited, PO Box 7584,
Poole, BH14 4ER.
Your complaint will be investigated and replied to with 14
business days.
Credit Card Reading Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your
call within 5 minutes, on calling our operator on Freephone
0800 138 3637 we will endeavour to place you with an alternative
reader for a full 20 minutes. If, however, your call has lasted
more than 5 minutes before termination we will only be able
to give you a reading for the remaining of your pre paid 20
minutes. A client’s right to the above may be
withdrawn by i4c (Psychic Readings) Limited discretion in
cases of persistent complaints.
Use of Data
Unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal
information for purposes of our own marketing(eg mailing of
a regular newsletter or promotional SMS text message). We
will not pass on any personal data or recordings to any third
party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory
authority eg Phonepay Plus or Regtel.

any information published on this website. All text written
by i4c (Psychic Readings) Limited is copyright and should
not be used elsewhere. Text published from outside sources
is on the understanding that it is in the public domain and
free from copyright. All downloadable software has been certified

Barring of Access
i4c (Psychic Readings) Limited may at it’s discretion
temporarily or permanently bar a user’s access to any
or all of it’s services in any of the following circumstances:-
user has misused the services in any way, is abusive to either
our readers or managers, has committed an act of fraud against
i4c (Psychic Readings) Limited, is suspected as being vulnerable
or at risk.
Legal Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English
law and any legal action against the company must take place
in an English Court. |
