Ruling Planet
As Mars is the ruling planet, you will probably not be surprised to know that this star sign shows some dominant tendencies. They can be forceful in their opinions; they like to succeed and win, and sometimes this means them getting their way.
Emotions
Aries might like to consider that they are not complex emotionally; having a take me as you see me attitude. However, nothing could be further from the truth. While their personalities; do indeed embody a what you see is what you get approach, they have complex feelings and can be hard to reach emotionally. Aries can be confusing to those that know them, as often they seem like open-books, even childlike in approach – but take one step towards analysing them, and you will feel their wrath!
Aries At work
At work and in their careers, people would likely describe them as: ahead of the curve, inspiring, self-motivated and energetic. However, Aries can be unaware of the feelings of other people they work with, and they can also get stressed and even confrontational in approach. Nevertheless, they are born leaders and will expect and demand high levels of energy and commitment from everyone they work alongside.
Relationships
In terms of love, Arians project an air of independence; however, the reality is different when they are in a relationship. They like daily contact with their partners and; want to feel closely involved in decisions and feel like their opinions matter. To some, this might come across as neediness – which any Aries would hate and deny.
One sticky point for Aries relationships is that of money. They are spenders and sometimes over-spenders. They are not above getting into debt, and not always for necessities, but just because they live imagining things will work out fine. Often this is reinforced by the good luck they have in work/money opportunities arising at just the right time. However, this muddle-through attitude will not suit all star sign partners.
Aries & Friends
Interestingly, when it comes to Aries as friends, they are not as connected as romantic partners. So, they may contact you infrequently, but you shouldn’t misjudge what this means – they will always be keeping you in their hearts and minds. People Aries consider real friends will be treated just like family would be; and will be invited to important events accordingly.
